USA Shipping
We’re pleased to offer 6–8 business day tracked shipping on all orders within the USA!

If an item is not in stock in the USA, it may be shipped from our non-USA warehouse. In this case, the 6–8 business day shipping option will say that there is a delay and our Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

Worldwide Shipping
We’re pleased to offer tracked shipping to customers worldwide!
Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 8 to 12 business days.

Please note that for PO boxes and military addresses, delivery may take 4 to 30 business days. They recommend avoiding business addresses if possible, as it can sometimes lead to delivery issues when orders arrive outside business hours.

Duty Fees and Customs Policy
Valorrea is unable to cover or refund any duty fees incurred due to local laws.
In most cases, VAT and customs fees may not apply because of the relatively low value of shipments.
However, they recommend checking your local customs/VAT regulations before ordering.

Please Note:

  • If an item is sold out in one warehouse, they may ship it from another location that offers faster delivery.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out immediately — but if the order has already shipped, they won’t be able to cancel or edit it.

  • In that case, you can return items once delivered.
