Order Cancellations
We work diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it upon request.

Once an order has shipped or is in transit, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please follow the return process after delivery.
90-Day Return Window
We offer a 90-day return period, beginning on the day your order is delivered.
You must contact us within 90 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement.
Unused Items
Unused items may be returned for a full refund if:

Please note that expedited shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.
Used or Damaged Items
We do not require used or damaged items to be physically returned. However, refunds are available in these cases.

Special Offers and Add-On Items
From time to time, customers may receive exclusive add-on offers at a discounted price following their initial purchase.
These offers are extended as a courtesy and are tied to the original qualifying order.
Return options for orders with add-on items:

You may return only the add-on item(s) while keeping the original purchase

You may return both the original purchase and the add-on item(s) together
Discounted add-on items may not be kept if the original qualifying purchase is returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Please do not send packages that require a signature, as this may delay processing.
Refused or rejected deliveries are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
If a delivery fails, one complimentary reshipment will be offered. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we are unable to provide an additional reshipment or refund.
Chargebacks
Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have been disputed through a payment provider.
Free Gifts
To receive a full refund, all items included in the order must be returned, including any complimentary gifts.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 90 days of delivery and include clear proof of the issue.
After review, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Additional verification may be requested to ensure fairness for all parties.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, Parchment Promise cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
We encourage customers to select a secure delivery location and to contact local authorities and the shipping carrier if theft occurs. Any refunds or replacements in these cases are issued at our discretion.
